Dave Ray is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RepublicFirm, a Christian-based public affairs and branding agency rooted in the belief that integrity, clarity, and purpose should guide every message and mission. Since founding the firm in 2022, Ray has led RepublicFirm to become a trusted name in campaign strategy, digital branding, and web development—serving leaders, organizations, and institutions that seek to make a meaningful and principled impact.

Drawing from his background in both public service and communications, Ray brings a values-driven approach to helping clients craft messages that resonate. RepublicFirm specializes in brand identity, campaign consulting, media production, and website strategy, offering a full spectrum of services grounded in professionalism and guided by faith. Whether designing a candidate’s platform or launching a nonprofit’s online presence, Ray ensures that every project reflects character and conviction as much as creativity.

Ray has led and supported multiple successful political campaigns, including David Morgan for County Executive and Bill Adams for School Board, while also contributing at the local level to U.S. Senator Bill Hagerty’s campaign. His experience in campaign development goes beyond visuals—he helps clients align their image with their message, and their message with their mission.

In addition to his business leadership, Ray serves as an elected County Commissioner in Lawrence County, Tennessee, where he was chosen by his peers to serve as Chairman Pro Tempore of the County Commission. He also chairs several county committees, playing a central role in local governance and policy planning. At the national level, he is a Subcommittee Vice Chair with the National Association of Counties (NACo), where he engages in rural policy discussions and contributes to legislative strategy alongside county officials from across the country.

Ray also serves in a statewide leadership role as the Deputy Communications Director for the Tennessee Young Republican Federation, helping coordinate outreach, messaging, and digital presence for one of the state’s leading conservative grassroots organizations.

His commitment to service extends into civic and spiritual life as well. Ray currently serves as President of the Lawrenceburg Lions Club, helping lead community-based service initiatives, and remains actively involved in United Church in Lawrenceburg, where his faith continues to shape his leadership, values, and mission.
